OOTD

I have never done an outfit of the day on this blog, so i thought it was time to do one (please ignore the fact that this was from the weekend as i had not had the time to upload it).

I did not do anything special at the weekend, which i why i am casually dressed. I also did not get a chance to take a picture of my hair, but i had it in a messy bun with a floral hair tie - which was from seasalt for £5, i love it and need to purchase another one, have worn it to bits.

This is what my outfit looked like all together i am sorry of the quality of the photo i hope to show you in more details the different parts of the outfit. Just thought i would show you what it looked like all together, i porbably should have done this at the end but oh well x

First of all i will start with the main part of the outfit, as there is not really much to it.
Iam sorry for the act that my shirt is standing out the side of my pinifore i did not notice that :/
My shirt is from Zara, i got this last year in france and its the best white shirt I've had, but i think i am going to have to purchase a new one soon as its starting to come to the end of its life!
Next is my pinafore, i have briefly written about it in an older post but not in detail, this is my river island pinifore for £22 i love this pinifore so much. It is the first one i have ever brought and i will deferentially be purchasing one again! they are lush and in fashion.

With my pinifore i wore just some plain black woollen tights, as i have not yet brought anything specific to wear with this outfit, but they went together perfectly well so i was very pleased.

I will also apologise that there are no up closes of my shoes, i completely forgot but i can tell you they are the loveliest shoes ever, maybe not the most comfterbal- but nothing bad! (and would never stop me wearing them)they were purchased from Johnie Boden a few moths ago for around £50-60, and very since i have tried to wear them with nearly every single one of my outfits. I love them to bits, they look like elf shoes and are soo pretty! had to stop myself buying another pair oh and they light/dark brown (that makes no sense so i'll say medium brown)
Thank you for reading x

New Purchases

Bonjour
So you may have read recently that i wanted to get a Rimmel London powder, well goal has been completed and i am here to review it for you all x
I had wanted to get this powder for a while now, so once i had run out of my old powder i thought it was time to try it. I also got a new powder brush.
This powder is at very good quality for £3.99 because i know that, even after saving all your pocket money up, a mac powder is hard to afford. So at the price of this powder i was very happy! It covers and mattifies and leaves your skin silky with a lovely finish. So so far i have high expectations, which i think this powder meets and great impressions, i recommend this to anyone to be honest. Can be purchased in most drug stores
I also purchased this 'Eco Tools' brush for £9.99. I know it does not say 'real technique' brush on it but trust me its as good. The quality of the brush is lovely, its silky soft and flows over your face evenly. At £9.99 i truly recommend this brush, made from natural sources its amazing and for such good price.

Hope this helped to those who where considering getting one of the above, or just looking around for the best new makeup.
Au revoir x

L'Oreal Paris Glam Shine Miss Candy Review

Hello
My mum went into waitrose this morning while i was walking the dog and came back with this little treat, as she knew i was looking for something like this. I was of course very happy and could not wait to try it on, so i did and i fell in love with it, for what it is it is excellent visible yet subtle. Very girly and cute. So i decided to review it for you.

L'Oreal Paris Glam Shine in 701 'Bubble Pink'
After experiences with other lip glosses i did not really expect much from this little thing, yet i do love to try new makeup because you can never tell, but once i tried it i was so happy because it was so much better from the other ones i have ever used, you could tell it was on my lips and it stood out (of course subtly)

The shade was a lovely pink and it really suited me which i was very pleased about!
It is at good size and shape, and easily fits in my makeup bag, which makes life easier when travelling.

It also has an appliance stick, which is easy to use and apply to the lips. So so far i am happy with this purchase and recommend it to those who are not quite ready for a bight lip stick, but would like to add colour to their lips. I am sorry i do not know of the price as i was not there when it was brought. You should be able to purchase this in most drug stores. Hope this helped :)

Au Revoir xx

Nail Varnishes

Now to those who know me, you will know that I used to bite my nails and have only just stopped after being deprived of wearing nail varnish, I could not stand it any more and had to stop! Of course it's gunna take me ages, especially because if I get nervous, shy or bored it tend to bite them. So trust me to those out there trying to stop too, I understand how hard it is. So below iam going to list some 'Essie nail polish' that's on my wish list, after i have actual normal length nails. You may have also read below that i do not actually own a nail varnish, i only have one and i don't think its mine, well now you know why!

Essie: Mint Candy Apple-£7.99

Essie: Fiji-£7.99

Essie: Borrowed & Blue-£7.99

Essie: Watermelon-£7.99

Essie: Snap Happy-£7.99

Everyday Makeup Recommendations

Hello lovelies x
Hope your all okay, today i'm going to do makeup recommendations, as i found this really helped me find the makeup that suited at reasonable prices. So i hope i help you as others have helped me X(please if you would like to know more of the products on here that you  search their official websites as they have great explanations of the tone and type the makeup will suit)

From the left, Natural Collection Loose Powder, Rimmel London BB Cream, Rimmel London Match Perfection Highlighter and Concealer, Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer, Max Factor Lip Tint

(please ignore the '1' couldn't find a better photo) Natural Collection Loose Powder-£1.99
I have only just started to wear powder, so as this was my first i wanted to start with a rather cheap powder so that i could understand after what type of powder i should go with and whether or not i just cary on to use it. I had seen a few reviews on this so thought that i would try it myself as it was only £1.99, now i know your all thinking there must be a reason its £1.99, i was shocked at the price and how it was actually a great quality it does exactly what it is meant to do and gives a great finish to every day makeup, its not mac but i certainly recommend this to girls who don't like to spend much on everyday makeup. I think i will next be purchasing a Rimmel London one as they have great recommendations.(can be purchased in boots only)

Rimmel London BB Cream-£6.99
Is there such thing as a dream cream?! Well yes girls there is, i had seen so many reviews on this cream and really wanted to try it myself, so once my concealer ran out i was straight down to boots. I have been searching for a good moisturiser and concealer for a long time now and i was starting to lose hope, at a reasonable price of £6.99 i really wanted to give it ago. I of course was very happy with my purchase, it concealed excellently and it did not only cover but helped prevent spots in the mean time. It also left my skin lovely and moisturised, i do not like to wear foundation myself but this is nothing like one and is extremly light, you can not tell it is on your face. I would recommend you to all check out this product!(can be purchased in most drug stores)

Rimmel London Match Perfection-£5.99
I would really recommend this concealer, to those especially with pale, light skin like me, i have this concealer in 'ivory' (the lightest one you can get) and i gives great cover to the skin, and spots, it covers any blemishes. As said have been searching for a good concealer for a long time and will deferentially be purchasing this product again and recommend it for anyone looking for a great concealer.(can be purchased in most drug stores)

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer-£5.49
This was one of my first concealers i had, it was a great long lasting concealer that would cover any blemishes, it was not the best one i have ever tried, as the tone did not work to well on my face but these days i use it for underneath my eyes, it is great at covering those dark marks under you eyes. I am sure for many of you that this tone will work better, so i hope i do not turn you away from this product as i would still recommend it.(can be purchased in most drug stores)

Max Factor Long Lasting Lip Tint-£3.99
This was the first lip tint i tried as i felt i did not want to wear a lipstick. The lip tint offers great colour and is noticeable and visible but subtle without being to bright. It gives a great look to the lip and comes in many different shades. I would recommend to any girl who does not yet want to wear a bright lipstick, and it is a t a reasonable price. I will next be purchasing the Rimmel London one, as they have the next shade i would like to try. (can be purchased a most drug stores)

Can you tell my favourite makeup retailer is Rimmel haha. I hope this has helped you, goodbye :)
